Metin was a great local tour guide for Istanbul -- full of energy and detailed explanations, Metin made sure we soaked in as much of the city as we could in one day. I would highly recommend him for a local daily Istanbul tour!
sorry for the late review, hope you are doing well!
Our guide Oz gave us two wonderful tours ! First we discovered the Old city walking and learnt a lot about the world-known attractions and buildings as well as the daily life in Istanbul. Having an answer for everything and full of little interesting stories we spent a lively day and had an excellent meal.
Second day we could enjoy the stunning sights from Camlica Hill and then the Beylerbey palace. Hopping by the City walls we had the boat tour up and down the Bosporus - a must for visitors !
The spice basar completed the day and we thank warmly our guide Oz for giving us two pleasant days in Istanbul and helping to understand this city !
Kind regards from Harald & the team
Our flight from Toronto to Nairobi included a full day's layover in Istanbul. As this reduced the cost of our overall flight, we took advantage of it to book a day tour of the city of Istanbul. It was wonderful! Ozlem, our very knowledgeable guide, shared history, local culture and made the most of our day. All the main sites are very close together, so we easily enjoyed the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi palace, the Basilica Cistern, a wonderful Turkish lunch al fresco and a wander around the Grand Souk. It was amazing to get to the end of the palace and look across the water, realizing that Europe was to our left and Asia to our right. It was just a wonderful way to break up a long flight!
I am so glad to have booked a tour with Tours Turkey. I was going to be in Istanbul for a few days in August and wanted to spend a day visiting the sights of the old part of town, so I picked the Istanbul Classics Small Group Tour. I found this tour last minute, but Tours Turkey was very prompt to respond to my multiple emails! My communication started with Ali, he was very prompt to respond, and very detailed in his emails which was helpful in my decision making in such short notice.
On the day of the tour I was met by Ali, the tour guide who had also helped me make the reservations. Out group was a total of 5 people and everyone showed up on time. Throughout the day, we visited Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern and we had a nice Turkish lunch in one of the nearby restaurants. Ali was very informed, and his English was perfect which made the tour extremely valuable. He was willing to answer all questions and he took his time the whole time, it was refreshing to be a part of a tour where I didn't feel rushed. He tailored the tour according to our interests and needs. I enjoyed my day spent on this tour very much, I met some amazing new people and I enjoyed learning about the beautiful city of Istanbul from Ali.
My trip to Istanbul was a success, this city has a lot to offer from amazing architecture and beautiful scenery to warm people and delicious food.
Myself, husband, sister and brother in law had an 8 hour layover in Istanbul Sept 18/2016. Ali, our guide, and myself had exchanged emails prior to our pickup. My sister and brother in law had never been to Istanbul. Ali showed us all the important sights that one would want to see in 5 short hours.
They could not speak any higher of Ali and the city of Istanbul.
This was our second service from this company.
Thank you Ali and team.
We had a fabulous tour with Ayse as our guide! She was excellent & took us around the fabulous Istanbul. She was knowledgable, and accommodating, and I would highly recommend the tour to others.
We met our guide, Metin, at 9:00am beside the Hagia Sophia, and spent the next 7 hours walking around the old city and all the main sites. If you are in the city for a weekend, this tour is a good way of seeing the key historical sites. In the morning we visited the Topkapi Palace and gardens, the Blue mosque and the ruins of the hippodrome. We stopped for lunch in a cafe overlooking the Bosporus, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia- beautiful on a sunny day. In the afternoon we went to Hagia Sophia, Spice Bazaar. Our guide was really good humoured and informative. Great intro to the city!
We had an amazing itinerary organized by Tujan Cevik. From the moment we planned our trip she was always available to answer any questions and provide advice to the highlights of Turkey! It was made so easy for us as she arranged transportation upon arrival and departure as well as hotels, etc! We had an amazing time and an experience we will never forget! We would highly recommend Tujan for any visits you plan to Turkey...one of the best trips ever thanks to Tujan! Until next time
I've done city tours in many cities all over the world - usually not to just hit all the main sites quickly and get some background on them, but also to get quick base feel of the city and get my bearings and see where I want to expand on my own.
I chose this company because of the Trip Advisor reviews and wasn't disappointed. This was probably one of the best (if not THE best) tours I've ever done anywhere. I did the walking day tour in Sultanahmet which covered the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, the Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, and Spice Bazaar (this was on a Sunday, so the Grand Bazaar was closed - this was not a problem at all, as the grand bazaar is very easy to do on your own time).
We ended up a group of four people, due to the low tourism numbers in Istanbul at the moment. But being the maximum of 8 would have felt the same. Perfect size of group to do it with, so there is no need to book a private tour. Our tour guide was Metin - you've probably seen his name a few times in these reviews, and for good reason: He was easily the best guide I've ever had. You can tell he is truly passionate about his city and country. He is SO knowledgeable about all the sites and the history, and enthusiastic about it! Some of these things are over 2000 years old and yet he knows the entire history of them all without having to check references. Also, his English is absolutely perfect. He even took us to a location that was not on the initial itinerary, as we had all agreed we would like to see it (the underground cisterns) - and it was well worth it!
I cannot say enough good things about Metin, and about the day we had. One of the most memorable days I've had. The sights are truly incredible.
Also, the company responded to my enquiry very quickly and was exceptionally organized.
Tours Turkey did an absolutely outstanding job taking care of us. Tujan was invaluable in the planning stage and available 24/7 once we were in Turkey. I don't know when she sleeps! I loved the blend of customized and independence built into the trip. The cites and historic sites we visited in Turkey were incredible and the people were so warm and friendly. I have traveled to many countries and Istanbul is truly in the top few great cities in the world. I can't wait to return to see more of the amazing sites in this country! I can whole heartedly recommend Turkey and this company to anyone considering a trip here. Thank you Tujan!
Fantastic, safe and very informative tour that is flexible to the length or time of your layover at Ataturk Airport. Toured for 5 hours during 8 hour layover. Easy out and back. Ali was great to book with, and Ozlem was a superb guide be it for the best sites, history or place to eat. So good we decided to book another tour on our way home during the day.
Our guide Metin was efficient.. From the old Sultanahmet to the Bhosporus cruise, he was vey informative.
My wife and I booked onto the Istanbul Classics Small Group Tour with our fantastic guide Metin.
The booking process was simply (by email) and even though we changed our mind at the last minute about what day to go, they were very accommodating.
This tour lasts 7 hours or so and covers many of the 'major' sights/attractions of Istanbul - the enthusiasm Metin had for some of these was quite obvious (especially the amazing Hagia Sophia) and I felt liked we learned a lot during the day.
Definitely recommend this tour.
Our guides were knowledgeable and very helpful. NEvzat was friendly and knew the local area well and answered our questions. He made it a fun day. This was a great adventure. thank you so much
My friend and I booked a 12 day tour of Turkey. Tujan was helpful and quick in replying when organising the trip.
All our tour guides were very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions.
My favourite stop would definitely be Cappadocia. We had two days there and it's just such a unique and beautiful place -- the hot air balloon ride was breathtaking.
Our driver Nevzat was with us the whole two days in Cappadocia. He was very friendly and helpful, showing us the best photo spots and going out of his way to make sure we saw Cappadocia at its finest.
This tour was amazing. It was my first time in Istanbul and I only had the weekend here. This tour was so great because we not only saw the most important landmarks but learned so much about the history of every place we visited.
Ali was really great with booking us and Özlem who was our tour guide was a pleasure to spend the day with.
The sights are amazing, the knowledge of the guide was incredible and the lunch spot that we went to as part of tour was delicious.
I would recommend this tour to anyone I know who is planning to visit.
Mrs Oz guided us in a small group in about 7 hrs time to all main attractions in Istanbul: Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosk, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazar. She also took us to the Basilica Cisterns (not included in price). This is the best way to see the most important historical sites in old Istanbul if you have only limited time. Its a skip-the-line all in one package including a fine Turkisch lunch. English is good. Booked through whatsapp: quick and clear. Total price 270 TL/90 USD pp.
Tours Turkey is absolutely fantastic and provided us with superb service and an unforgettable experience. We did tours with them to Gallipoli, Troy, Pergamon, Ephesus and Hierapolis, as well as a day tour in Istanbul with the fabulous guide, Oz. All the tours were brilliantly organised, so informative, with great food and fabulous accommodation and super knowledgeable guides. We had the most amazing time and I can highly recommend Tours Turkey, whether you want a wonderful day out in Istanbul or whether you want to see more of Turkey's historic and interesting sites.
Great day. Saw everything we wanted to in one day. Guide Oslem was fantastic and very knowledgeable, also very friendly.
Our trip was great! We really enjoyed it. The hotels were both very nice and the tours were very well scheduled. We were very impressed with the amount of coordination it takes to move all the different people to their various locations at designated times. Very well done.
Our tour guides were also great. Kubra and Nevzat in Cappadocia were fantastic! She was so sweet and very helpful answering questions and he was so eager to take photos and make us feel welcome. They were a great pair of guides! Very funny and entertaining!
Our guide in Efes was okay. I didn’t find him as informative as I had hoped. I must also say that I was very unimpressed by the fashion show. I would have preferred to be able to opt out of things like that but was never given the chance. Time is very important when you are on a vacation like that and I feel as though it was a waste of time.
I thought that you, Tujan, did an excellent job! i understand that it may not be in your protocol to book seats for your guests but I think that it should be a vital part of your service moving forward. Some travellers don’t have access to internet when travelling making it difficult to book seats not very easy. Thank you for booking ours when you were able. I do appreciate it.
All in all I would say that the service provided by this tour was an 9 out of 10. I was very pleased.

It was really an amazing tour having an eye bird view of the socioeconomic, political and cultural heritage of Turkey and its relevance to present day situation. Broadly speaking, I am happy with the standard of services provided. Especially the pick up and drop off from/to airport and other destinations was on time. I suggest others to arrange their tours through Tours Turkey.Com.
We returned from our trip on Saturday (after a week in London) and I wanted to write you about our great trip to Turkey. Both Sam and I were so impressed with how well organized the trip you planned for us was. We were aware that there were many details that required meticulous planning and implementation, including having us picked up at our hotels at specific times to having the public bus ticket ready for us from Pamukkale to Fethiye. Every single thing worked “like clockwork” and we know that was because of your excellent planning and implementation, and also because of the many people you worked with to make everything happen perfectly. Thank you so much for creating and carrying out our wonderful trip.
It would be difficult to single out all the high points of our trip but certainly both of us would choose the “Blue cruise” as a wonderful experience. Besides us, there was only other actual passenger, a fellow from Australia. Captain Yokan and first mate Adam led a perfect cruise, including preparing varied and excellent meals and snacks. For part of the cruise there were two other young men on board, who seemed to be in the travel business, and helped Yokan and Adam.
All of the sights in Turkey were beautiful and exciting to see, including the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, and Topkapi in Istanbul, Gallipoli, Troy, Pergamum, Ephesus, Pamukkale, Antalya, and both days touring in Cappadocia. Sam especially enjoyed the opportunities to get in the water, in the travertine pools of Pamukkale, and several times in the brilliantly blue Aegean off the boat. And then, on our last day in Istanbul, we enjoyed the entire hammam treatment at the Aya Sofia hammam. We also had a boat ride on the Bosporus during those last days.
We were pleased with all of our hotels and enjoyed the breakfasts they provided and all the other meals. Thank you again for all your hard work, your readiness to communicate with us before the trip every time we had a question, and your obvious organizational ability.
We were aware that tourism is down in Turkey—people there told us that several times. We hope it picks up soon, since we know it is important for Turkey.
Our only regret is that we did not get to meet you. We hope your foot injury has healed completely.
Let’s stay in touch.

First of all a big thanks to Ms. Tujan of ToursTurkey.com for co-coordinating from this India/Istanbul.
Once we reached Kapadokya, we were taken care at each and every point. Right from the airport shuttle to the places, we had a great time. Our flight was delayed by an hour, however, that was very well compensated by the local travel Agents. A big thanks to Mr. Nevzat. He was not just a driver, but a guide, explaining to us about the history, culture and nature of cappadocia. Taking us through the exotic trails on red valley, love valley, taking pictures and what not! He was a true entertainer. I am sure people would want to visit Turkey again because of his hospitality, kind and helpful nature.
To give a jist of what we covered in the last 2 days - Uchisar Castle, Three beauties, Fairy Chimneys, Love valley, Red valley, Red river (Suspension Bridge), Goreme Panoramic View, Sultan's pottery, Underground city, Imaginary valley, Monk's valley and Devrent. We also took an optional Hot Air Balloon (Please dont miss this! It is worth every penny.) The tour agency start at 9 am and end the tour at 4 30 pm. Lunch is included and the restaurants were awesome. Vegetarians please specify to the tour guide so that they make necessary arrangements.
I want to say a BIG THANKS to NEVZAT (Driver, guide, photographer), Kubra (Day 1 guide), OGUR (Day 2 guide) and last but not the least Ms. Tujan Cevik (Without her, these would not have been possible).
We are very happy with their services and I would suggest these names and people to all my friends who would want to visit Turkey again!
Happy New Year!
We made it home for xmas and new year and now with that busy time over I am catching up on correspondence.
Craig and I would like to sincerely thank you for all your organisation and ensuring we had a brilliant time in Turkey. It truly was fabulous and every thing went so well, it was so well organised and such great value - we were so impressed. It certainly has left us with a keen desire to visit again.
Thank you so much also for returning the overpayment of the $100 – this truly is a credit to you and your company - we are so impressed with your integrity and honesty – thank you xo
We brought a beautiful bowl in Cappadocia with the money. Thank you also forgetting back to us about Craigs glasses unfortunately I missed your email and we had left Turkey – never mind – but again we are so grateful and impressed with the kindness, hospitality and good spirit of the people of Turkey.
A million thank yous for a wonderful time.

My family and I visited Turkey this month. First of all, I want to say that I want to make a return trip to Turkey in the future. We visited Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale and Ephesus, and what a sight and experience it was.
I want to thank Tujan for organizing this family vacation. Also, I want to express my gratitude to Metin Yilmaz, who guided us through Istanbul. His knowledge and explanation on the history and tradition of Istanbul was a great help in our tour.
Like I said, one week is not enough to see everything Turkey has to offer. I look forward one day to returning to Turkey.
We booked our trip to Turkey with Tujan. We have travelled all over, but it turns out that our Turkey trip was the most enjoyable trip we have taken, and has become the trip that we always compare other trips to. "It was great, but not as fun as the Turkey trip that Tujan arranged!...") Seriously!!
Tujan really went out of his way to coordinate each minute detail of the trip, with great hotels, wonderful tour guides, and many experiences around Turkey that we wouldn't have known to arrange ourselves. We visited many interesting cities in Turkey: Istanbul, Kusadasi, Fethiye, Pamukkale, Cappadocia (Goreme), Antalya, and back to Istanbul.
Tujan made sure that all of our connections with guides or transportation came together without any problems, even when times were altered at the last minute for whatever reason. We will cherish the experiences we had for the rest of our lives.
Not only did we have great tours, but we also had opportunities to meet other travelers from all over the world in our small group tours, and local people in each area we visited. What an enriching trip! It was just the right combination of planned tours and unplanned times where we could explore the communities (and visit with locals) where we stayed. When we wanted to change the tour or add another destination on the fly, Tujan was there to help us out.
If you are thinking about a trip to Turkey, it is our great pleasure to tell you, "Don't hesitate to contact Tujan at Tours Turkey. She will do an excellent job to make sure you have the fullest possible experience in her wonderful country!"
Look, research, work out what you want to do . . .then present it to Tujan for suggestions, advise and a quote. Then be guided by what she suggests . . . . she genuinely wants your individual experience of Turkey to be a positive and happy one.
My Husband, my girlfriend, and I wanted to add a trip to Turkey after our tour of Italy. We did not want a big tour, but did not know what type of travelling we could do in Turkey or how to go about booking. I looked through trip advisor, Lonely planet, eyewitness travel and after much reading decided to try Tours Turkey.
Tujan took into account all my ideas and made many suggestions regarding an itinerary, sights to see, accommodation and tours that would work for the time we had and the places we wished to see. We did not want a big tour or the real touristy destinations, all the time. We wished to experience some of the culture and meet the people whenever possible, but in comfort. We decided to have Tujan organize a hire car and a driver. She suggested we choose a larger air-conditioned car, which we appreciated. The driver paid for the tolls, parked, picked up, waited, and organized our timing, which made the entire tour an unhindered delight.
Roads were in good condition when we travelled. However, Turkey is HUGE. One thing I would have done different is the time we allocated to travel. I would have allowed more time to have impromptu stops to look at things of interest on the way. (Tujan did suggest this to me through his email contact, but we were limited with our time) Sometimes there was 5 hours driving in-between our destinations.
*Corresponding with Tujan, who Loves her country and is prepared to share his time and extensive knowledge with humor and extreme patience.
*Staying in the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. Laying amongst the pillows outside of an evening, eating. *Walking & looking. . . .you could spend days here.
*Istanbul walking tour, with Sonar as our guide. (Topkapi palace,Harem,Blue mosque,Hagia Sophia, Basilica cistern were all fascinating)
*Trip on the Bospherus to see buildings.
*Grand Bazaar. Spice markets
*Gallipoli – this is a must see experience. Very emotional.
*Troy. Don’t miss the Terrace houses in Ephesus
*Rest in Hot water spa in Pamukkale at night time.
*Walking up the cotton candy cliffs of Pamukkale. Hierapolis bathing pools.
*Visiting a caravansary at night, to see the whirling Dervishes.
*Early morning Ballooning in Cappadocia. Sunrise and Champagne
*Staying in the Anatolian cave houses – unique and beautiful.
Turkey is a wonderful country and Tours Turkey does ensure you have an exceptional experience.

In planning our holiday, most travel organizations did not have tours did that fit our interests or our timetable. Tujan from Tours Turkey suggested a custom made 10-day tour with a starting date and destinations we specified.
Tujan's approach was to use public transport: airplanes, buses (great quality!) and private cars to move us from place to place. By skillfully using a network of staff and links to professional sighseing services on the ground in all key cities, we were met at each juncture of our tour (to and from transport, accommodation, and sightseeing) and arrangements made for the next phase of our trip. This approach gave the impression of individual travel rather than tour travel without the headaches and made the tour interesting and memorable.
The key to success was the high level of professionalism and organization of Tours Turkey staff. If we needed assistance there was always someone that we could contact. The arrangements overall were exceptional and allowed us to see a great deal of the beauty, culture and antiquities Turkey has to offer, in a short time. We especially enjoyed our time in Cappadocia, Antalya, Ephesus and Pergamum.
Tujan of Tours Turkey asked me to write something about them, and I am more than happy to give her a glowing review. Working with Tours Turkey was like having your personal travel agent. She and her colleagues in Istanbul were more than accommodating despite our numerous itinerary changes. (By the way, the reason why our plans kept changing was because we seriously underestimated how beautiful the rest of Turkey was outside Istanbul and didn't initially allot enough days for places like Cappadocia and Pamukkale.) If you are planning a trip to Turkey, I suggest you call Tours Turkey. Because there will undoubtedly be so much to see in this gorgeous country, Tujan will give you the best options for managing the different pieces.
Here are some examples: 1) Cappadocia wasn't in our initial plans, but when we told Tujan that we'd ilke to see it, she was able to quickly find us flights at reasonable prices; 2) While in Cappadocia, we decided at the last minute that we wanted to see a whirling dervish dinner show, and Tujan was able to find one instantly; 3) When we wanted to add one more person to the hot air balloon ride, Tujan was able to do that without a problem and I was very appreciative of Tujan's and her partner's abilities to meet our requests quickly and effectively. I also got the sense that they sincerely wanted us to have a good time and enjoy the country that they are obviously very proud of. Not only that, I felt completely at ease giving Tujan my credit card information from the US because she runs a completely honest business, and often that is the biggest worry when planning a trip overseas.
1) 2 nights in Istanbul - All of the major sites were beautiful and deeply enriching, and just walking around in the historic area was a great time.
2) 2 nights Cappadocia - Guided tour of rock formations were unforgettable; you MUST do the hot-air balloon ride; underground cities were worth seeing; dinner show was so-so.
3) 1 night back in Istanbul to see the sites that we missed.
4) Overnight train from Istanbul to Izmir - our first time on an overnight train was an interesting experience
5) 1 night in Pamukkale - rented a car and drove ourselves; the walk up Pamukkale and the hot spring were well worth the drive.
6) 1 night in Ephesus.
7) Flew out of Izmir to Athens.
Despite purchasing our tickets for Turkey ten months prior to departure, pressure of work unfortunately meant we left organizing our trip very late. Upon a recommendation of an acquaintance at Monash University in Australia, who highly praised Tours Turkey based in Istanbul and Cappadocia, we contacted them.
After much correspondence via email we settled on an itinerary we felt comfortable with, much of it based on the expert advice of Tujan at Tours Turkey. She choose a variety of key and less frequently explored sites both archaeological (our main interests) and natural. She arranged hotels, bus travel and tickets, someone to meet and return us to bus stations and hotels, private drivers, small intimate quality tours and many extras which we appreciated. We did, however, make some suggestions for hotel upgrades based upon reviews in trip advisor and booking.com which was organised for us. A couple of luxurious establishments in beautiful surrounds refreshed us on our travels.
We relied upon Tujan's experience as a tour guide and were thrilled with her and Tours Turkey staff''s detailed and meticulous planning. During our five weeks , we spoke with numerous travellers and were so pleased and relieved that everything proceeded exceptionally smoothly.
Amongst the many highlights arranged for us was a balloon ride over Goreme in Cappadocia, small group tours of Cappadocia, a three day trip to Mt Nemrut and Sanliurfa, the ruins of Hierapolis and the Pamukkale Terraces, Ephesus, Pergamum, Trios, Aspendos, Perge, Saklikent Gorge and some unusual sites suggested such as Karian Caves, Termessos, Telmessos, Xanthos, Kayakoy Ghost City, Antalya old town and places around Fethiyre.
Perhaps we should mention that arrivals at bus stations can be stressful if no one is there to meet you but the bus sometimes arrives early, or at Istanbul, two hours late. We found the bus companies great as they would ring the hotel or arrange a free shuttle. In fact strangers offered to do the same thing in many places. Bus travel is an ideal and cheap way to see Turkey if you accept that things don't often go to plan.
We plan to return to Turkey with our grandchildren in a few years and will ask Tujan to arrange a tour perhaps with a private driver and van. We covered a lot of territory during our time but there is so much to see. The Turkish people are amongst the warmest we have encountered in our visits to 30+ countries.
If you are thinking of planning a trip or take tours for any length of time, please seriously consider Tours Turkey. We can assure you that you will be thankful for their expert advice, careful organisation and wonderful warm and friendly service.
My five friends and I recently used Tours Turkey for our 10 day tour of Turkey and were extremely happy with their service. In Istanbul we did a walking tour with a guide they organised and he was a lovely fellow. The accommodation they organised in Istanbul was in a great location as well. We flew to Cappadocia where we spent two days exploring the region. The accommodation they booked for us in Goreme was just wonderful, it was Canyon View Hotel and our rooms were cave rooms, it was great. For our 10 day trip, the 6 of us only travelled in a mini bus around Turkey for 10 days with Tours Turkey booking our hotels and providing us with a driver. Everything worked out smoothly and we saw some amazing places on our tour of Turkey! We would highly recommend Tujan and her team at TOurs Turkey for day and extended trips of Turkey.
After about 20 emails back and forth, which were always replied to promptly and no question left unanswered. We decided to book over the net with Tours Turkey, I had never done this before, so was a little nervous. We organised all our 12 days trip in Turkey. Which included Istanbul, Cappodoccia, Gallipoli and all the west cost down to Bodrumm finishing with a 3 day gullett tour. All our arrangements ran smoothly, all the hotels were in good positions and all the day tours were great. A couple of times we double checked a few things whilst we were on tour and always found them just a phone call away to ease any concerns we may of had. We loved Turkey and their people. I would not hesitate to book through Tours Turkey again and have recommended it to friends in Australia. PS. It was much cheaper than booking a package tour from Australia.
Instead of joining standard package, we (10 of us) decided to search for a travel agent to tailor our Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Bursa and Istanbul trip. This is extremely risky if done through internet and dealing with stranger. Tujan passed all tests we set on him. She earned our trust and She arranged all hotels and transfers seamlessly. She even encouraged us to travel day time from Cappadacia to Pamukkale and guess what Ms Tujan arranged 14 seaters minibus for us exclusively. From Pamukkalle to Bursa we travelled by comfortable public coach, a fun journey where we observed Turkish's life style hands-on. The ferry to bursa was a breeze with a driver waiting for us at Istanbul pier.
Believe it or nor , Ms Tujan monitored our trip closely, almost everyday. Tujan responded instantly by email of all our inquiries. Though she is not physically there but she is always contactable. Thank you for visiting us in Istanbul and sincerely appreciate your impeccable and excellent services you and Tours Turkey had provided and looking forward to deal with you again next year. This time it will be for eastern Eastern Turkey.
Greetings from Singapore, We wanted to thank you guys for arranging such an amazing trip for us in Turkey. It was done the way we liked it. Canyon View Hotel in Cappadocia is beautiful, wished we could have spent another day there. Antalya is a nice old city to relax. Thumbs up to the tour guide in Pamukkale, very knowledgeable. Turkey is a lovely country with great culture and history. The entire tour was well organized, hope to see you again soon for our next trip to Istanbul! Cheers from Ann & Janet
Thank you for your assistance in organising my holiday in Turkey. It was not so easy to do from Afghanistan but your patience and regular emails made it much less stressful. I had a wonderful break and will recommend your beautiful country to my friends. The guides we had were great friendly and very knowledgeable! The groups were small and we got to meet some lovely people. also visiting Turkey. Hopefully, I will return one day to see the areas I missed out on due to my short time. Inshallah, Thank you once again, Patricia /Australia
First I would like to apologize for writing to you this late since we got home safely on Monday, May 3rd. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to you for a wonderful arrangement for our tour to Turkey, especially in the field of transfers, every connection was seamed perfectly. We did not miss anything, any time and any body. Our team had a great time in Turkey even though as Ann mentioned that we had a little scary experience on the way to the airport from Kusadasi to Izmir. We were all deeply impressed by your country's culture, hospitality, history, landscape and food, of course shopping as well. We do appreciate your recommendation on the leather goods in Kusadaci. It was very good in quality. All the beneficiaries were extremely happy with the products. However when we got back from Turkey, we told our friends about the experience. They all envy us and would like to go some day. Your country has a great promise for tourism development if all travel agencies are as hospitable and efficient as yours. Thank you again for everything. Hopefully we will be back again. Best regards, Wei Lu
We have always felt that we were experienced travelers, but when it came time to take our trip to Turkey, we wanted to have the benefit of a good travel agency to make sure there were no unexpected surprises. After considerable research, we decided on Tours Turkey Agency, and specifically, Mr. Nejo. In short, Nejo made all arrangements for us in Turkey for a 3 ½ week period. Specifically, this included every (good quality) hotel, every tour, every airplane ticket, every bus ticket, transfers from stations to hotels. In the full 3 ½ weeks, not one arrangement failed to take place, like clockwork, as it was planned. In fact, on a few occasions, for various reasons, we made changes in the itinerary. And yet, somehow, waiting for us on the other end of a transfer was a driver or tour operator who who had already become aware of our change, and was ready to take us to our next destination. If you want a trip where every detail works exactly as planned, use Nejo! Multiple times per day, we commented on what a great job Nejo had done. While planning the trip, Nejo had many suggestions of places to go, and he was also open to our own ideas of other places that we wanted to see. He arranged some small group tours, some individual tours, and allowed us some free days. The group tours were limited to about a dozen people, allowing us the added enjoyment of getting to know travelers from around the world as we saw the sites. We traveled from Istanbul to Kusadasi, Fethye, Pammukale, Antalya, and Cappadocia before going back to Istanbul. We used a combination of airplanes and buses. Nejo had arranged numerous, excellent tours of both archaeological ruins and modern wonders. Nejo even convinced us to take a hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia. We had been quite hesitant to do this, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of the whole trip and well worth cost of the ride! In closing, we unhesitatingly recommend working with Nejo while planning your trip to Turkey, and in fact recommend him to our own families and friends!
