8 Days Gallipoli Troy Pergamum Pamukkale Ephesus and Cappadocia Tour

Day 1 : Gallipoli Tour (Lunch included)

Pick up by the driver around 06:30-07:00am and depart to Gallipoli. Arrival to Gallipoli after driving 5 hours, visits to Memorials of Dardanelles, Brighton Beach, Beach Cemetery, ANZAC Cove, Ariburnu Cemetery, ANZAC Commemorative Site, Respect to Mehmetcik Statue, Lone Pine Australian Memorial, Johnstons Jolly (Turkish and Allied trenches and tunnels), Turkish 57. Infantry Regiment Cemetery, The Nek, Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial. Midday, lunch break in a local restaurant. End of the tour, taking ferry to Canakkale, arrival to hotel and overnight stay.

Day 2 : Troy and Pergamum Tour (Breakfast- Lunch included)

After breakfast at the hotel, pick up by the tour guide around 08:30-08:45am and joining the tour of Troy Ancient City. Sightseeing of 10 ancient cities built one on another, Trojan Horse, Apollo Temple, fortified city walls, Roman Theater, Greco-Roman Senate building. After visiting the ancient city, drive to Pergamum Ancient City which has a big importance in the history by inventing parchment and having one of the most important libraries in the ancient world. Midday, lunch break in a local restaurant. After visiting the city, driving to Kusadasi / Selcuk 3 hours more, then transfer to hotel for free time and overnight.

Day 3 : Pamukkale Tour (Breakfast- Lunch included)

After breakfast at the hotel, pick up by the tour guide around 07:30-08:00am and join to Pamukkale-Hierapolis Tour. Pamukkale has hot springs and travertines, terraces of carbonate minerals left by the flowing and cooling water. It seems like cotton that’s why it is called ‘Cotton Castle- Pamukkale’ by Turks. Visit to Hierapolis Ancient City as a Unesco World Heritage Site and used to be visited by people to soothe their aliments during the retirement and also die there. As a refreshment, you can walk on terraces or swim in Cleopatra Swimming Pool. (Optional) Midday, lunch break in a local restaurant.

End of the tour, transfer to hotel in Kusadasi / Selcuk for overnight stay and free time. (aprx. 3-4 hours)

Day 4 : Ephesus Tour (Breakfast- Lunch included)

After breakfast at the hotel pick up by the tour guide around 09:00-09:30am and starting to Ephesus Tour. Visits to Artemis Temple which used to be one of the 7 wonders of ancient world, Ephesus Ancient City, Hadrian Temple, Celcius Library, Theater, Hamams and Old Harbor. Midday, lunch break in a local restaurant. Last visit to House of Virgin Mary where Virgin Mary spent her last 5 years before she died and recognized as a pilgrimage place by Vatican. End of the tour, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

ps. At the end of the tour our guests are treated with a traditional hand-made carpet demonstration, the ones that are not interested are kindly requested to inform the tour guide.

Day 5 : From Ephesus to Cappadocia by plane (Breakfast included)

According to flight time, pick up by the driver and transfer to airport to take Cappadocia flight. (Some days direct, some days via Istanbul) Arrival to Cappadocia, welcome at the exit of domestic terminal by the agents who holds a sign with your name on it. After meeting the agent, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6 : Northern Cappadocia Tour (Breakfast- Lunch included)

Hot Air Balloon tour is optional for this morning.

Pick up from hotel around 09:30-10:00am by the tour guide and join the Northern Cappadocia Tour. Visits to Goreme Panorama which has a stunning view of Goreme Village, land of fairy chimneys, Open Air Musesum which is the biggest monastery complex of the region. Then visiting Ortahisar, a typical village with its castle and cave food storage and Pasabag,(Fairy Chimney valley) which has mushroom like formed rocks and very interesting fairy chimney forms. We pass through the Imagination valley, Devrent, where you have the impression that animals are petrified in the rocks. Midday, lunch break in a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, walking along the Red River which is the longest river of Turkey and visiting small village very famous with its pottery workshops. Here, you will have a chance to see how the pottery is made and if you like you may also try. End of the day, going back to hotel bu passing through Love Valley which has incredible view. Arrival to hotel, free time and overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 7 : Southern Cappadocia Tour (Breakfast- Lunch included)

Pick up from hotel around 09:30-10:00am by the tour guide and join the Southern Cappadocia Tour. Visiting Uchisar Castle which is the biggest fairy chimney used as a fortress by many civilizations. Hiking about 4 km in Red Valley and passing through Rose Valley by exploring rock churches which saved early Christians from Roman prosecution. Arriving to Cavusin village as an ancient settlement of the region and you may see its cave residences. Midday, lunch break in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visiting Kaymaklı Underground City as the widest of the Cappadocia and it was used by refugees or people running away from catastrophes. Pigeon Valley offers a nice view over Uchisar Castle and it has pigeons still living in pigeon houses. The last visit to Three Beauties Valley which is famous with its vine factories and stunning view. End of the tour transfer to hotel for overnight stay in cave hotel.

Day 8 : From Cappadocia to Istanbul (Breakfast included)

After breakfast at the hotel, free time until the flight time. According to flight time, pick up from your hotel and transfer to airport to take Istanbul flight. On arrival pick up by our agents from airport and transfer you to your hotel. End of our service.
